ZAPMILL™ Friction Cooker is unique in that it can process whole grains into finished food products in seconds. This whole grain processing ability, creates more nutritious, healthier products.

Refining grains normally removes the bran and germ which, according to the Whole Grains Council (USA), can remove 25% of the grain’s protein and reduces the levels of at least 17 important nutrients.

In addition to the health benefits, using the whole grain reduces preparation and pre-processing time and energy.

The majority of whole grains expand when friction cooked.
